generating .db files for design compiler

I have a library which i need to convert to .db format... i changed the layouts of a few cells in the original library ... i need to convert the layouts back to .db format to run synthesis on them using design compiler.... need this by eod tomorrow.. any help is greatly appreciated....

hi,
I am not very familiar with library setup. but I think maybe you need syn@psys tool epc/TDL bundle to extract the useful information to setup .db lib.
 

Maybe you can try Synopsys Library Compiler.
If you have library compiler's license. Key the following command
to go into the Library Compiler....

unix> lc_shell
