fundamental and practical limits

can someone tell me the theory behind the fundamental limits and practical limits of analog circuits? i would also like to know these values for common configurations like the common source amp,source follower,basic nmos diff amp,basic pmos diffamp etc.. also can u advise me on some link to follow to read up on this stuff?

Try Reading Analog Circuit Design: Low-Power Low-Voltage, Integrated Filters and Smart Power. Its a collection of papers... Contains enuf info.
