FPGA ! measuring frequency

hello everyone!


I have FPGA kit spartan 3E ,I wanted to measure o/p frequency by applying some i/p frequency ?
How can it be done ? How can I measure o/p frequency ,at which pin?

Well, you could always consider typing "frequency counter fpga" into that thar Google thingy. There's plenty of information out there to get you started...
