footprint of PS25251 sensor

Hiii friends,

Anyone have footprint of PS25251 sensor(plessey semiconductor). Actually I tried to design a footprint,but there is some test points in the sensor.So little bit confused that should I place pad for that part or not??

Do you see any other translation for "keep isolated" than:
- place no pads here
- keep PCB free from copper features in this area
