Hi,
I have designed a folded dipole antenna 200 GHz. I have increased the number of turn and checked the S11 parameter and expecting a narrow bandwidth. But I am not getting expected result. However, Impedance curve seems ok. Can anyone tell me please which parameter contributing to this problem and how ca I solve this provlem?

Thanks in advance

Rahman

200GHz .... it must be microscopic !! ? :) or did you typo ?

wavelength at 200GHz = 1.5mm

I heard some on-chip antenna designs at frequencies up to 100 GHz. 200 GHz is really exciting! It may challenge the limit of EM simulators.

hi i think u type wrong it impossible to design 200 GHz antenna i never seen more than 100 GHz
