For a SR flipflop, two nor gates connected back to back(one output connected as other's input), that indicates the positive feedback.
But a flipflop cann't act as a amplifier because we will get either 0 or vdd as output according to input values. There is no amplified signal of the input.

flip flop cannot act as a amplifier... it can be used as a feedback but not as amplifier... a flip flop can give an output of either logic 1 or logic 0(excluding metastable state) and how can it act as an amplifier for a given input....
