So I want to design and simulate an CMOS op amp in LTspice using a spice model shown below. I'm really having a hard time sizing the transistors because I have no idea what KP should I use.

Code:
* BSIM3 models for AMI Semiconductor's C5 process
*
* Don't forget the .options scale=300nm if using drawn lengths
* and the MOSIS SUBM design rules
*
* 2<Ldrawn<500   10<Wdrawn<10000 Vdd=5V
* Note minimum L is 0.6 um while minimum W is 3 um
* Change to level=49 when using HSPICE or SmartSpice

I did a setup in LTspice to extract what the KP of this model is. I just want to know if this is the right method on extracting this KP value.

By hand calculation

This does not match what was shown in the simulation

I'm really having a hard time determining this KP. Please help me! Thank you!

You already have U0 and TOX set, and k' is just U0*Cox.
If you leave KP out (don't even mention it) the compact
model will figure it out.
