fft fortran code

Hi, I am new to both DSP and fortran.

I have three nondeterministic discrete signals with sample frequency of 10kHz, 8 Khz and 6 khz with fixed time of 2.5 minutes. Now I would like to do the following,

1. DFT and FFT using fortran 95
2. Compare the amplitudes and frequency components for all the three sampling frequencies.

Obviously I need to start from somewhere but I simply am lost in the "good books". Where do I really start from if the above two objectives are all I care about? Is there any good book that deals with DFT and FFT using F95?

Thanks a lot.
