Try "Computational electrodynamics" by Taflove. But basicly MUR/abc is a cvirtual material, that absorbs waves, unfortunately it can absorb waves of some strict polarization. If you need some boundaries that absorb waves of any polarization, than you should refer to UMPL/PML.
You can implement a PEC boundary in FDTD by simply enforcing the condition E(tan)= -E(scat). This can be done by defining the FDTD points of the tangantial Electric components on the PEC by zero. But this case is for a grounded PEC.
