Well, obviously the horizontal deflection is messed up. This could be caused by
several things. If you have dropped the set to the floor it is probably the yoke
that is out of position.
Otherwise, the easiest thing to check is for dried-out electrolytic capacitors - either
in the horizontal deflection circuit or power supply. This is very common in old sets.
Look first for the ones ≥100µF and measure them if you can. Otherwise just
replace them.
