Hi, everyone. I have a question about extracting the capacitance of microstrip line gap discontinuity from the 2-port S-parameter measurements.

Are there any articles or papers about the theory or methods that are generally used right now?

Use the following Output equation yo Calculate c...

The reactance (AC resistance at a given frequency) is XC = 1/2(pi)fC or C = 1/2(pi)f x C
where f is the frequency,
C=10E-12/(2*pi*f*imag(1/Y21)) in pf
get the Y21 from S parameters...Use Sonnet lite or Microwave Office to get these...

Or send the S parameter file I will upload the MWO project file with results....
