explaination needed about some specs.

Plz explain these terms w.r.t their use in imaging field:

1. Crosstalk - how it occurs in focal plane arrays(FPA) ???? WHat is the spec used to specify it...like dB or %age ????

2. What is read out noise???

3. What is transimepdance non linearity???

4. What is non unifrmity of pixel array???

If anybody has some study material for this stuff then plz do upload it also here.
