execution of a single program several times using different inputs in matlab

Please can anyone help with matlab codes to invoke a single program several times, using different values of input parameters for each program execution to get different outputs.

with "function" type matlab M file u can invoke any program for arbitrary various desired input arguments.

see matlab help ''function''.
