Hi ,
i am using TSSI for converting the EVCD file with teradyne catalyst tester.I am try to convert the EVCD in Dual Drive mode.But it shows error after completing the test bridge generation it will show that "WAVE FROM NOT FOUND".And one more thing that during the wavefrom analyzer itself it shows "INVALID ATE Format".Wheather it is the license issue r other than is available to solve this issue.Pls share ur ideas ASAP so that it can be very helpful to me...
