Hi all,

I need some clarity regarding the exact loss that was encountered at X band for a 50 ohm CPWG trace,
kindly let me know if anyone has tested results of the loss encountered in 1000 mil trace at 9 to 9.8 GHz .

the ENiG coating is 4um in thickness and the copper trace is 25 mil in thickness with gound spacing at 7 mils

Please let me know if the results are available.

For prople who need the results.

I fabricated a CPWG with 35 mil trace width and 13 mil ground clearance with a length of 3 inches.
the loss was found to be around 1dB per inch at X band ,the return loss was a quite poor (only -14 dB) at both the ports.
