hi !

can we use MBIST and LBIST techinques in Synopsys DC? what is the latest version of synopsys DC?does DC support JTAG(boundary scan technique)?

what is the latest version of VCS?

As per my knowledge latest version of DC is 2006.06 and latest version of VCS is also 2006.06.
