majnoon, "P*otel For windows" means what?
potel2004 /protelDXP or another soft?

i uninstalled PCB123 last month, and deleted the setup file.

Hi,

Inside the file you have posted there is a line says PFW.PCB
which stands for Protel For Windows.
Could it be file has been corupted?

Its not protel 99se file or older nor Pads expedition pcb file. I don't have pcb 123

I need to check on Altium since file contains pfw.pcb

It definitely is an old Protel ascii file, but it appears to be corrupted - it should be all ascii, but a portion of it is binary.

I don't think so, is it possible to get another copy of the file? If you can it can be qpened by Protel 94 - find in fileman, the downloads section.

If the file is an ascii, try making a copy of PFW.PCB
rename it PFW.asc. Now try IMPORT PFW.asc.
