disapperaing memory in technics ST-GT550 tuner

tuner technics ST-GT550

Hello,

After a few weeks the programmed memories are disappearing and I then need to reprogram every senders.
I don't have the schematics of it.
Is it possible to bring a cell in it to back up the original battery ?
Does anybody have the schematics ?
