Different Configuration of Secondary side in Current Mode Controlled flyback Converter

Dear All,

I would like to know the difference in functionality / use over the two secondary side configurations of the Flyback converter as shown in attached. One of them uses a zener. Are there any other configurations for secondary side which is also implemented. Also i request give links to references regarding the same . Thanking you.
