embedded computer

PC is a general purpose computer. You load the application as and when desired and use. An embedded computer is a purpose programmed computer designed the do the tasks assigned. For example, an embedded computer can be used to control the engine of a car.

Re: embedded computer

Also you can find varietyof embedded PC boards as single board solutions with embedded 486 or pentium. For embedded PC boards you can use standard PC development tools and libraries.
