Hi, I am looking for the basic difference between FreeRTOS and Embedded Linux (Petalinux) for ZYNQ 7000. Which of the two operating system is suitable for data acquisition from external source and save the processed data to USB drive. Which operating system is more complex to understand, FreeRTOS or Embedded Linux (Petalinux) ? Performance wise which operating system can make best use of maximum hardware resources in ZYNQ 7000 ?
