Designing counters using mod-5,8,10 and 12

design modulo-12 counter

how do i design counters using mod-5, mod-8, mod-10, and mod-12
counters. how do i connect to have signal freq of 25khz and 4khz. clock is 2.4 Mhz.
 

counter design

for 25Khz signal:connect mod-12 & mod-8 one after the other.
for 4 khz:connect mod-12,mod-10&mod-5.
