I am a beginner in the RF field and want to design an 8-12GHz amplifier using a HEMT transistor. Are there any reference books or papers could you recommend or design hints?

2) the chapter of ampliifers in pozar book

3) check tha application notes in www.avagotech.com about RF amplifier design
