I am planning to design something similar to the attached circuit. I have the values of CL and RL. Also, the frequency is 2.5GHz. I was wondering if there is any way to find the values of LH and RH to design a diplexer on ADS.

This is not a Diplexer, it might be a simplified illsutration.
Diplexers have 3 Ports. One for Input and 2 for Outputs for different Bands.
Also, it's very tough to realize a diplexer by using lumped elements at 2.5GHz.
