Design Kit error or cadence error

ppar is undefined or is used recursively

I installed the TSMC 0.35um CM Process design kit in my unix system.
When I run the simulation in the analog envirnment in Cadence Virtuoso, I always got the error message so I can not use that at all. I am not sure this error is originally design kit error or cadence error/

Do you know what this error message means?
Please help me the comment for me. Thanks

spectre terminated prematurely due to fatal error.

I get the same kind of error!
Function pPAR in (XYZ) instance is undfnd or used recursively!

However, it works after some time ...

i use IC.5.1.41

Added after 4 minutes:

I never used recursively at all. I can not simulate at all.

How do you fix the problem ?
 

maybe your model file is not in unix format. you can try the following comands. dos2unix *.scs *.scs
 

it will start working if u copy d design and name it differently...... i just used HIT & TRIAL nd d thing wrked fr me ... dn knw wts cache behind this bt..... hope it helps[:)]
 

you pdk file path is not correct.
use ADE setting to add them.
