design amplifier in 0.18um

hello
i want to design amplifier in .18um by ads
1) i need the parameters of 0.18 um exapmple vthn,vthp, lamda(channel modulation)
,un cox,upcox??
2)when i design it, do i have to consider the velocity saturation in .18um????

1) Get these parameters from the foundry you want to work with, or here from EDAboard, PTM (scroll down to bottom), MOSIS, or universities which provide GPDKs. Or check with ADS themselves.

2) Yes, when you use min. length and strong inversion operation.

1) You could check with KEYSIGHT TECHNOLOGIES - the provider of the Advanced Design System (ADS) - which process they provide PDKs for, and where to get model files for simulation.

2) You'll find this in any Analog Circuit Design textbook.

Vthp and Vthn change with w/l but in design calculation you consider 0.5 volt

Yes, good values for 180nm process.

Vthp and Vthn change with w/l but in design calculation you consider 0.5 volt

They change much more between different foundries and models. For this process I've seen values between 0.3V (high speed RF models) and 0.8V (low power models).
