hello.half bridge inverter bu two capacitor .load is inductivecouple transfrmer for inductive heating.
when current up to 10 amper attache image happend.
why.piease elp.
gate resistor 5-10 ohm by a parralell diod
pull res 10k

Got a schem?
Is the yellow the VDS of a FET?
Your turn on looks a bit slow, but it depends on the schem.
What temperature is the FET?...did you measure with thermal cam or thermocouple?
Does it actually work?

It is better to see the VDS of both the devices in the leg. Checking the body diode-forward voltage drop of both the devices when the circuit is not powered may give some hint about the MOSFETs.

yellow is hi side green is low side
