AWJ-6C172S power supply not turning on

Hello. I have a AWJ-6C172S power supply fans not spinning when I connect power cord. There is no on/off switch on the power supply. It seems there should be a Triger (turn on) pin like computer power supply. I have attached pictures of the power supply front and rear and control connector. Other outputs are all output voltages. I am trying to find which pin on the control connector should be connected where to turn the power supply on (to see the two small fans are start spinning).

Also please let me know if anyone know3s where to find schematic or manual of this power supply.

Googling I found this power supply feeds Olympus Iplex SX II R videoscope inspection device . If anyone is familiar may be able to help.

If there is no 5V aux supply, then there is no trigger ENABLE.
Trace ac to dc into and look for a fuse..
