decrypting code in fpga

Hi..my question is ..i am using a virtex 2 pro fpga,i downloaded the bit stream onto the chip..but i was wondering is there any way that the consumer can decode to see the design flow like using emulators or anything else. what is the best way to secure my design. i am using the fpga on a pci board.
