DDR3 cap value at VREFCA and VREFDQ

Dear Guys

I am looking for some advice how to choose the cap value at VREFCA and VREFDQ. I am using my DDR3 for 40GHz application. Or that amount of data is flushed in and flushed out.

I am using Samsung 4Gb DDR3.
