data call over GPRS problem

I'm doing a graduation project , and the idea of the project is to send ECG signal "heart signal" from home to emergancy office ,The idea take the signal from the device of the ECG to the pic micro controller ,then send it to GSM modem, then GSM modem send the data to other GSM modem or phone in the emergeancy office .
i have a telit GE865-QUAD gsm modem
and it's AT command : View attachment Telit_Modules_Software_User_Guide_r5[1].pdf
i need the AT command for establish data call over GPRS & send data
how i can Receive the data on the other side ? what command i need ??
plz help me
