D-Flip-flops using ECL technology with reset and preset sign

I need to design D-flip-flops with reset and preset signals in bipolar ECL technology because they will be used as static frequency dividers. Can anybody help me?

I've already designed the D-flip-flop using differential pairs. However, my structure doesn't have any preset or reset signals. I need these signals because I need that each flip-flop has the same value at the beginning of the simulation, so that clocks are generated using the same pattern.
