who can give some reference about design ESD for low power crystal oscillator?
for instance, ESD for 32.768Khz OSC, must be low leakage ESD

just use the common ESD, and series a small resistor at the oscillator output, such as 300ohm

I use ggPMOS and ggNMOS for the ESD protect. But I design layout of the MOS connected the pad by the ESD rule.
