could someone show me some current sense circuits in DC-DC converter??

Hello
The attached files is some papers and patents for current sensing in dc-dc converter which may be useful for you.
Best wishes!

1 An Integrated CMOS Current-Sensing Circuit for Low-Voltage Current-Mode Buck Regulator

Abstract—An integrated current-sensing circuit for low-voltage
buck regulator is presented. The minimum achievable supply
voltage of the proposed current-sensing circuit is 1.2 V implemented
in a CMOS technology with TH = 085 V, and the
current-sensing accuracy is higher than 94%. With the developed
current-sensing circuit, a buck regulator, which is able to operate
at a 1.2-V supply, is implemented. A maximum output current
of 120 mA and power-conversion efficiency higher than 89% are
achieved.
Index Terms—Closed-loop stability, current-mode buck regulator,
dc–dc converter, low-voltage current-sensing circuit, on-chip
current-sensing circuit, switched-mode power converter.

thanks for your help!
does someone show me some other materials about current sense using novel VDMOS or LDMOS?

7 Current-Sensing Techniques for DC-DC Converters

abstract
Current sensing is one of the most important functions on a smart
power chip. Conventional current sensing methods insert a
resistor in the path of the current to be sensed. This method
incurs significant power losses, especially when the current to be
sensed is high. Lossless current-sensing methods address this
issue by sensing the current without dissipating the power that
passive resistors do. Six available lossless current sensing
techniques are reviewed. A new scheme for increasing the
accuracy of current sensing when the discrete elements are not
known is introduced. The new scheme measures the inductor
value during the DC-DC controller startup.

Hi, Jluhzw, Thanks for your help.
there are many structures in the above material, did you implement some current sensing circuits in your projects? if did, which structure did you select?
thanks again.

Hi liuyonggen_1
Yes I have used the structure changed from pat6992473.pdf
Best wishes.
