Hello,

i am interested in creating this simple project for my personal use. I want to build a circuit that when I press a button for example, it would send a message to a pre-defined number. I want it to be as cheap as possible.

Here are some of my questions:

1. Is there anything (already made board) that I can buy and program it? I am familiar with a variety of languages including HDLs and scripting ones?
2. Can I just buy the microcontrollers needed and create it? Do you think it would be extremely difficult?
3. If I want it to be as small as possible (for example to be able to have it in my keys -forget about the power of the design) what do you suggest?

Thanks for your answers
