friends, I have a new project and i got a problem on it. first i don't know how to make a counter using 74ls190. secondly i have a problem how to make 1 bit delay on my input signal, some says that i can delay my signal using cd4042 but it doesn't work at all

i'll wait for your suggestion for my problem, and if you don't mind please give me the scemathic too heheheheheh..... :D :D :D :D
