[SOLVED] Could I swap the IF and LO signal of MDB-44H+?

hi, Gurus,
I want to upconverter: IF=17-18GHz, LO=13GHz, RF=30-31GHz.
I only can find this mixer, MDB-44H+.
But its IF is limited to 15GHz.
So I want to swap IF and LO signals, can this config work?
