core ring widths & strip widths

Hi anybody please inform me that in place and route how to deside the core ring widths& macro ring widths and spacing between those rings.Please inform if any formlas or any thumb rules. please I want know that strip width how to calculate and how deside number of stripes for perticuler design in place and route.
