Hi.

I need some help in Eagle PCB Software. I have two board files...

first one with my components, routes, all is ok. second one with layout of board, holes, size, and all needed requirements to be attached to an plastic enclosure.

so, my question is, how can I copy my board layout to component board in order to match designs? Is it possible?

Thank you...

I don't really understand what you mean.
Normally you draw a shematic with all the parts (in the needed package) and then create a board from this shematic which you then route.
