Coolrunner2 Full Chip Erase

Hi there,

I'm having trouble erasing a brand new coolrunner XC2C384 with ISE 10.1 and 11.1. After erasing the blank check fails. Is there another way to erase the chip ? The BSDL-model has an ERASE_ALL instruction which is not used by ISE as far as I learned.
Also the datasheet says something about clearing all security bits by a full chip erase but does not disclose how to do that.
Any ideas ?
