Hi,

I would like to convert a PCB design to LTCC (Low temperature co-fired ceramic).

May I know whether there are major differences between the PCB design and LTCC design?

What I got to know is the conductor coverage of the ground plane for LTCC need to be less than 50%. So we need to design the ground plane in grid. (Please correct me if i am wrong)

May be someone has experience in converting PCB design to LTCC design can share it here?

Thank you in advance.
