Its working fine as your screenshot. I did configure the same thing which did not work. Is there any good tutorial of this app?
 

The tutorial at the Falstad website covers only basics. Perhaps I've used this simulator enough that I'm almost ready to write a tutorial.

* Some details come with experience using the simulator.

* When clock waveforms get out of sync, it helps to click the Reset button.

* Check your timestep. Example, if your schematic has a clock signal of 1 MHz, then try a timestep of .01 uSec.

* Notice one of my op amps has to cheat to produce SPWM. The output is in the positive range (which implies the supply is positive). But the input goes into the negative. This is against guidelines for using a real op amp.
