Confusion in 6T SRAM HSIPCE code.Need help urgently

Dear friends,

After working for long time in 6T SRAM, now i am facing problem for calculating access time and during this i got confused with the code of SRAM in HSPICE.

According to fig. M2 is connected to Q and M5 to QB.
the output of inverter 1 with Q input is QN. and the output of inverter 2 with QB input is QBN.
My doubt is why pt Q is to connected to QBN. or why QB is not connected to QN.

I don't know your SPICE netlist, but the two inverters are simply cross-coupled. The netlist has no QN or QBN nodes, just Q and QB.
