We are going to fabricate a high frequency oscillator (some GHz). There is an option between two foundries: TSMC and UMC.

I want a comparison between these two foundries in terms of
- precision of RF Modeling,
- design and modeling of inductor and varactor,
- quality of inductor and varactor
- reliability
- PDKs
- design tools
- total fabrication time.

I appreciate it if anyone compares them by some or all of these terms.

I'm waiting here. Plz help me.

The consultancy cost, however, seems to me ;-) SCNR!

Hehe, cost is then an issue since you edited your initial post...
I think the comparison you are asking for could take several weeks to a team of people (RF eng, modeling, CAD, reliability...) and you expect to get it for FREE?

Instead of waiting you should start working...
