I am so surprised to find out that the flicker noise in tsmc model are so high, which is almost 500times higher than AMS process.

Although from my experience that the measured flicker noise in AMS is 5~8time higher than model, I still have to say, the flicker noise in tsmc model are too high!

for AMS process, the flicker noise can be modeled as 4.4uV/(W*L)^0.5/f^0.5/(Hz)^0.5

For TSMC process, the flicker noise can be modeled as 2400uV/(W*L)^0.5/f^0.5/(Hz)^0.5

can anyone of you double check your process, and confirm with me which one is more reliable?

problem indentified. a bug in design kit.

what DESIGN KIT have bug? AMS or TSMC process?
