Code Coverage for ARM Cortex-M3 (armcc compiler)

Hi guys, i have to do the code coverage measurement for a ARM Cortex-M3 project. The compiler used is ARM C compiler (from Keil MDK). I have look through the ARMCC compiler user manual and can't find something like GCOV in gcc which can help to do the Code coverage measurement. Does ARMCC compiler provide any source code instrumentation for code coverage? I am thinking to add Boolean array after each statement in the source code but i think it is a bad idea because this method required large memory(which is a limited resource for embedded system). Do you guys have any idea about that? thanks in advance.
