Hello,
Why can't the CML output be adjusted to drive a CMOS DIFFERENTIAL stage?
I mean the 2nd stage is a CMOS but differential one . i.e. like a CML but with current source instead of conventional RL.

PLZ Help!!

A properly designed CMOS differential stage could receive the
CML signal. But "properly" is the question.

A constant current tail source is good for DC accuracy across
operating range, but will tend to reduce bandwidth (source
impedance is high). CML is about speed, not accuracy.

Sorry, but what do u mean by PROPERLY designed differential CMOS?
If u have any material about this point plz tell me about it
