CMl CMOS fundamentals

Hi all,

Can someone explain to me what the differencies are between a CML and CMOS circuit? Where they used and why?

Any basic concept explanation or if you can point me to a relevant literature or web site would highly appreciated

hi,
CML stands for current mode logic, used in high speed applications like optical reciver.

you should go through this paper ,it describes it well
