clone multiples usb devices simultaneous

sorry i speak spanish i hope can be understand for yours.
hi. i need to create a device than can be copy simultaneous usb devices for example i put a memory of 128Mb and maybe copied in 20 usb devices or more but i don´t want used a computer. this same to the wytron to copy c.d.´s or dvd but this no is broken the copyrights i swear.
somebody can help me.

Are you wanting to copy some data (128 MB in size) onto multiple USB storage devices (for example, 20 USB flash disks)?

If yes, then you need some kind of USB host system with 20 ports.
