Hi,
When i simulate the circuit with Spectre ,there are errors as follows,the cadence version is IC5141USR6,who can help me ?thanks a lot!

May be it's the same pb. like with my licenses: If you loaded your libraries via internet, it is possible that your IN browser divides long lines into two or more lines. If so, spectre (and other spice-like simulators) need continuation lines to start with a "+" sign, otherwise the end of a line is considered as end of a statement. (That's what I meant with: you may have to "repair" your libraries). The error message "... found 'endsection' without 'section' " suggests such a possibility.

This is the problem of lower version of Spectre. You should use above version 6.xx.
It's described in PDK Doc. and You'll need MMSIM package becase In IC5141 has only bundle version of Spectre.
